My chicken burritos didn't have much chicken at all. My order was filled quickly despite them seeming moderately busy. Employees were courteous but seemed somewhat listless. Decor of the dining area was nice. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Place has room for improvement. Went inside and stood and watched employees playing on phones and just standing around until finally me staring at them prompted them to take my order. The soda machine was empty on every drink except Pepsi. Restaurant was dirty, not only in dining area but the kitchen also. The quesadillas only had meat and cheese in the very center. Food was good however and fresh.

I got two hard shell tacos plus chips & cheese. My tacos were great but my chips were absolutely disgusting. They smelled and tasted like chemicals. I couldn’t even manage to finish one chip. I had my friends try them to see if it was just me and they immediately spit out their bites. Very disappointing! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 2

Ordered sausage and egg burrito for breakfast with extra egg and creamy jalapeño sauce. Had VERY little egg. Ordered egg and potato taco. Had 3 potato pieces and very little egg. Extremely disappointing! Was waiting in dining room for 15 minutes and watched employees walk to back and stand around. They placed it in drive-thru and walked away. Had to ask them to give it to me. I was the only customer there, nobody in drive-thru. Will never waste my time or money at this restaurant for breakfast ever again! Food looked like garbage. Placed a mobile order and was told drive thru wasn’t working. Mind you, I placed a “mobile order.” When the lady brought my order out she told me she did not get paid enough for this. Lastly the tacos were soggy. Oil spilled everywhere. Waste of $30. Food: 1 Service: 1

Ordered a California crunch wrap with no bacon, as I’m Muslim. Everything was correct on screen and I drove up to pay. I noticed the teller and cook laughing and joking when I was paying. Then when the cook handed me my food, not the teller.. chuckling all the while. I thought something might be up. Took a couple bites and everything seemed fine. Until I got to the last 1/3 of the sandwich. It was nothing but bacon. These self absorbed entitled idiots should not be serving food. God knows what else goes on there if they’re messing with people’s food like that. Will never eat a thing from this location again. Hopefully they fire the imbecile juveniles they have working there but that highly doubtful. Probably the last place that would hire their uselessness. I come here maybe once a week, and the service is down right terrible. The food is always cold. They always mess my orders up every time. Missing items.. they screw up my requests. Like no sour cream, no tomatoes etc etc.. these guys make 15$ an hour and want to make a career out of highschoolers job but dont strive to become good to complete orders correctly. It gets worse and worse every time. Such a sad business now. I really enjoy taco bell too and it sucks.. soda machines always down.. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I just left the drive thru at this location and I won't be back. I literally order everything in their promo box but as separate items. I noticed as I was pulling up to pay that the promo box had the same items so I asked if I could be charged the promo price instead. They told me no. How come? The teen girl told me no we can't do that. Huh? Just cancel it and then ring it up. I literally can just cancel it myself, pull around through the drive thru again and reorder but at this point I just won't give them my business. There are SO many places to eat on dixwell that it isn't even an issue. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
