My family and I , have been going to this location for quite a long time. Would like to leave a comment on this Taco Bell. Wyatt and all the managers and all the employees are GREAT, FRIENDLY and treat you like family. Also very clean, food is great and affordable. As I said this Taco Bell is thee best in the country. Absolutely horrifying the lady at the front counter rushed us on ordering so bad that my daughter has an anxiety attack and cried!!! Then she refused to read the order back, also refused to give a receipt and somehow everything we ordered was over 50 dollars we didn't order that much and definitely not going to go back after watching the same lady be so sweet to other customers but us we weren't rude to her at all. I definitely will not give a place our business after being hateful, judgemental and making one of my kids cry not acceptable period!!! Not to mention the place wasn't clean very good and the other lady working had the men's restroom tied up so male customers made the other restroom disgusting. Y'all need some massive help! Employees were SUPER nice, apologizing about the mess. They got SLAMMED as we came in. Were super appreciative about us cleaning up after ourselves. Don't understand people not cleaning up after themselves. Will definitely make this a regular stop when in town. Highly recommend visiting. Absolutely horrible. I'm sitting in front of the Taco Bell in morrilton Arkansas and made an order through the app and the app sent it to Poplar Bluff Missouri. I tried to cancel the order on the app but it said it was too late even though I canceled it within 30 seconds of it confirming. I called them up and the man on the phone told me oh well that's just too bad and hung up on me. I called back two more times and the girls that answered the phone told me oh well too bad.

The first time, I went in and got my food. Since covid a little differently, they had 2 self check out where you can do your own order. I'm not really sure if I like that. That is taking jobs away from people I can see at busy times, but there weren't many people there.
