I balance out my fine dining with the occasional taco hell run. This place used to be an abomination of a restaurant. Often out of everything that was inconvenient to prepare for them. Staff used to be horrible. Must have new management as the last year or so the improvement has been noticed. Very friendly folks, line moves fast, they’re never out of anything ever. I ordered a Crunchwrap and there’s no meat of course 🤦🏻. Taco Bell is never good but damn at least serve me the cellulose mulch I’m craving. It’s pretty pathetic that they can’t even achieve the sub par quality I’ve come to expect from them. Please close your doors so someone can use the building to house the homeless if you can’t even serve garbage food right. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Fast Food in the 21st century means you can order your food and pay for it online using an app on your phone. When you get to the restaurant, they get to pull a Fast One on you by not giving you your correct order. Ordered a Chalupa Supreme and a large order of Nacho Fries. The Chalupa was right, but only received a small order of Nacho Fries. Check your orders before you leave. Especially at the drive thru, that's when it happens the most. This location has gotten worse and worse. It used to be only on occasion that they would forget an item on my oder, but lately it's been multiple items every single visit. The woman who was at the drive-through tonight also made it seem like a big deal to get a receipt. The forgot our 2 drinks and 1 taco and didn't even bother to give us any sauce packets. It’s good. It was fairly quick, but more importantly the food was made really well. The portions were generous and they were all wrapped so thoughtfully. A lot of love went into my grilled burritos… I could feel it. Every bite brought tears to my eyes. I didn’t want to cry because it was my first time here, and that wouldn’t be a great first impression, but I was touched. My only criticism is that the water out of the machine was too cold and crisp. I suppose it would be nice on a hot summer day, but at the time that I ate it was cool and gloomy, so not a great combo Service Dine in

It’s all taste and no flavor. The staff kept busy, but offering more time when i am ready to order was a little rude. Overall, I would rather eat at mcdonalds across the way. Service is great. However food quality is poor. Everytime I order crunchy tacos there is so much grease it saturates the shell and sticks to the wrapper. This location has never gotten a single order correct. They literally just make what they want and throw it in the bag. They don’t follow instructions and then try to rush you when you check your items while in the drive thru.
