I put in a mobile order for a company, manager calls to get one more bacon burrito. There was no one behind me and not to mention the food we already ordered they told us they didn’t have. The manager says I don’t do add on at the window. There was no one behind me it’s icy out because the parking lot isn’t done. Rude, disgusting and can’t even have the food that’s on their menu. The hash browns were rock hard and cold. The burritos were disgusting. I will never come here again. Management was poor! Not the best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Staff isn’t friendly and the food is exceptionally subpar. Not the worst place I’ve ever been, but it could definitely use some improvement. I am so disappointed in the service at this Taco Bell. I’m always so respectful and nice. But these two young boys working the drive thru were rude and I was curious where my Mexican pizza was. As a vegetarian I ate in the dollar cheese Rice bean burrito before plenty of times and this time, for some reason, there was some bread grease or oil all over the burrito period had me confused but to be honest when I ate it. It takes so delicious. It had to be one of the best cheesy bean burrito I ever had, but I'm still skeptical. And what that red's oil was. This Taco Bell served me great! It must have been the workers, but they were quick and had the most evenly distributed sour cream on a Taco Supreme I have ever had. Perfect amount of hot sauce given without asking for a bunch. They followed all instruction like no tomatoes and light ice in the drink. I visited on 7/16/23 at 11:00am. Don't expect good service if you go into the lobby. My team and I were waiting to order at the counter since we usually have problems getting our full order from the kiosk, one of the employees told us we had to use the kiosk, as they walked to the back we could hear another employees yell, "they better be using the kiosk." So we just left. There are clearly angry people in the back and we don't want them making our food. Service: 1

I don't even want to give them a star. The food was horrible, the service was horrible. My order was messed up after waiting a half hour. When I asked them to fix the young chick making these food yelled at me and refused to fix my order. I wasn't the only one. The other people in the stores food was messed up. 2/2024: Chips and cheese very good today. Full size chips and cup of cheese about 3/4 full. Bean burrito with added beef very good! DT service was good! ‐‐--------------------------- Had chips and cheese. Got the bottom oh the barrel, mostly pieces, very few whole chips. Cheese cups are small to begin with.
