I had a disappointing experience here today. This location's lobby is fully automated when ordering food, which I find completely annoying. It's as if they're treating the customer like Covid is still a major issue in this country. Plus, the employees were very slow getting my order to me. This location has really gone down hill. They had good customer service here. The guy that tended us was very kind. After trying a few things on the value menu, I can say that the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito is the best thing on there.

The food was poorly prepared. It seemed like the soft shell taco tortillas had not even been heated. They were cold and tough. Far from what I usually get at a Taco Bell. The only time anyone spoke to me or acknowledged my existence was when they called my name to pick up the order. I love Taco Bell and this is a great location (for drive through). I do eat in a lot but the tables aren’t usually super clean. Service is great and the food is awesome! I very highly recommend the classic combo because the cost to food ratio is amazing. I work close to this taco bell and have frequented this joint over the last 6 months. Their customer service is a joke🤣 I just ordered online, 30 minutes in advance. the app gave me a message to “head inside and pick up my order!” I did. order wasn’t there. So I sat there, waiting for someone to help me for 5 minutes while the staff gave me dirty looks for not following the “order on the kiosks” sign. They were in so much of a hurry, i couldn’t even ask for them to stop and help. So now… I’m sitting in the drive through with 6 cars in front of me, waiting for my food. Isn’t the point of ordering online to “skip the line”? I even went through the mobile order line in the drive through. I have a 30 minute lunch break and spent 25 of it trying to get the food that i ordered 30 minutes ahead. It’s always a similar experience at this location. I even watched them be completely rude and turn away an elderly lady that was just confused about why they didn’t have her order. 😂 Hopefully management of this location can place more of an emphasis on helping their customers😂 if not, maybe you should close your lobby. Nice and early, 7:30am, their machines weren’t working well. Instead of turning me away, the worker just covered my food. It was really nice of him and I hope he gets some recognition for that.

Baja Blast is a classic. That's pretty much what brings me to Taco Bell. The food here is just like all the other Taco Bells out there. If you've been to one, you've pretty much been to them all. They either always forget to put in a certain ingredient in a food item, or they put such a small amount of filling in the item that I basically end up eating an empty tortilla with a little bit of meat. On multiple occasions I have ordered an item that is mostly just empty space with a tiny bit of meat. I don't want to pay 5 dollars for a food item that has a tiny little splatter of beef. Used to be the best place to get some good cheap burritos. They are honestly going down hill though. They keeps taking some of my favorite go to items off the menu. First the beefy quesarito(mobile order only, ?) and now the beefy burrito($1 menu). I believe they are understaffed because they are no longer open during the best time of night(after 10) to go grab a snack. Super good tasting though and we’ll priced.
