Good not too sweet for me. Caramel taste fine. Black boba good. 👍 Just hard to find parking lot 😆

Good drinks and friendly staff, I also love the food options they have.
It is extremely cold inside, I've been atleast a Dozen times and it is always freezing. That matched with the granite table tops (left over from an old sushi restaurant) and it's just very cold and not comfy. I now only go in to grab and leave.
I also don't like that they are closed when UO is closed (and limited summer hours) but it also makes complete sense when they are the main customer group.
My go to: Mud milk tea with boba and circle fries with extra sauce.
No outlets, not a place to work on your laptop.

Really authentic Taiwanese milk tea experience, comparable to 五十嵐 or 清心福全. Their boba is not too chewy and the drinks aren’t sickeningly sweet like my local tea shops. I usually get the classic rose milk tea with extra small pearls, they go up the straw easier and the texture is fun and interesting. I’d stick to 50% sugar and light ice to get the most bang for your buck, as you’ll end up spending around $7 a drink.

One of best boba spots in Eugene! Staff is friendly, and boba is decent. Basil popcorn chicken is a must-try. Relatively close to UO, about a 10 minute walk from campus.

TL;DR
Every drink and food item has been delicious. The tapioca pearls always taste fresh. More toppings and customization available than other shops in town.
The details:
I've come here once a week for a few months now ordering a different drink and a different snack each time and every single thing has been delicious. The basil popcorn chicken in particular is fantastic.
The tapioca pearls are perfectly cooked and taste very fresh. My main gripe with some of the other boba shops around is that the boba is often very soft and waterlogged like it has been sitting around in a very diluted simple syrup (or even just water) for hours and hours. At T4 that is not the case at all and they also give you about twice as much tapioca pearls as any other boba shop in town.
They are also one of the few boba shops in town that have grass jelly (tastes minty), coffee jelly, and a hot ginger milk tea (with large slices of real ginger).
I'm really happy to find a place that lets you adjust the sweetness without it changing the flavor amount. At some of the other boba shops in town when I'd ask for it less sweet they would tell me that the sweetness and flavor are from the same syrup or powder so less sweet will only mean less flavor. I'm very glad that they at least let me know of course.
Currently their sitting has been closed, it wasn't always that way. I hope they reopen it soon since it is the only downside. Lately I just walk around the corner and sit in the park.
Conclusion:
Great boba shop for drinks and snacks. Lots of customization and options. I literally walk past other places that have boba just to get to T4. They are also becoming my top spot when I need a fried food fix.

Ordered an item described on menu as "Strawberry Milk Shake", but what I received was a chunky ice drink with milk and strawberry jam that was poorly blended and did not match item discerption on menu. I asked for a refund and was told that they did not do refunds despite that not being posted anywhere. Employee was unwilling to alter management of the situation, offer store credit, issue refund, or make another drink; only offered to re-blend the drink I had already drank from or I could pay to get something else. Overall I would I would say the food was not good, staff lacks customer service skills, and store policy related to customer satisfaction is nonexistent.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. I judge all bubble tea place by their Taro Milk Tea and I definitely approve! They have a lot uper awesome and unique options so I can't wait to go back and try more. The toppings are on the expensive side and they only have soymilk as an alternative.
I didn't get to try any of their food, but it definitely smelled good from what I could tell :)
The decoration is a bit lacking but its a cozy place nonetheless!

T4 is good. There’s no way around that. The atmosphere inside is nice, relaxed, and welcoming. The only qualms I have with it is the amount of customers, which they can’t control, and the actual quality of the boba and drinks. Overall, it’s a good place, however it is not near the best I’ve had.
Best in town! Other spots give you like 4 or 5 boba in one drink and leave you yearning for more balls. NOT T4!!! Every drink is chock FULL of boba, lovingly prepared by the knowledgeable staff and served with a smile! Can’t wait to try some of their snacks, as they always smell delicious!!!

Went to t4 for the first time during their soft opening. When I saw the menu I was intimidated by all the options available. Luckily Kalani (I believe), helped me narrow down the options and helped me choose my drink. I got the earl grey milk tea and it was amazing. 10/10. Friendly and helpful staff.
