‘t Ganzenest is located a little outside of the village. Parking is available and free. The restaurant is restyled and looks very modern on the inside. The cooking is more classic. Very nicely decorated plates of food, portions not too big. We had an eight course dinner which was more than enough. Most dishes were tastefull, however a couple were a bit salty to my personal taste and the sweetbread was very pretty to look at but I did not really taste sweetbread. Very nice experience, service attentive and lots of wine options. In combination with the price (ca € 250pp) I have to give it four stars. We enjoyed a lot. Fine dining experience where you use all your senses. All the dishes were meticulously elaborated and every single detail fell into place to make from all of them a explosion of flavours in the mouth. Besides, the tableware and plated were absolutely beautiful. The service was good, maybe a little bit slow but we didn’t mind, and explained carefully all the elaboration and ingredientes from all the courses. We had the 5 dishes menu ‘t Ganzenest and I particularly liked the fishes. I recommend this place if you are celebrating something or just if you want to have a nice tasting experience in the Netherlands. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €100+

Amazing restaurant definitely deserves the michelin star. We ordered the prestige menu, which was worth it not just for the experience but also for the taste. Slow experience. Anything they offer is out of the menu and paid separately. Food is ok. Nothing outsanding. Place is ok, but nothing fancy. Lovely Saturday lunch. The presentation was immaculate, and all dishes were well executed. The service was very attentive. The price of the five course menu was appropriate. We will be back.

Food was amazing tho, very unique combinations with elaborated flavours, much enjoyed. Would love to come back again (just mentally prepared, reason below) We arrived unprepared that we will spend 4 hours in the restaurant - very long pauses between serving of the small courses (8+ amusement) including that only 9 tables were occupied. We were just not expecting to stay so long (and imho should never be the case), up to 40min between appetizer and main. It was a great experience – we ordered a 5-course (regular) menu, amuses and bread were also amazing. I’d also like to compliment the wine menu and the service in general, we had a very pleasant evening.
