It was my first time to Tilburg and I was undecided about where to have lunch. I ended up choosing TFG and was very happy at the experience. The decoration and ambience inside the eatery transported me back to late 90s. There were Nintendo game console with good-old-day games like Contra or Mario. I have not seen them for ages. And the music, ‘I like Chopin’ and the movie ‘Conan the Destroyer’ added more to the nostalgia. The lady staff was very friendly and hospitable. She spent time on having a conversation with me and other patrons. She even brought me an extra portion of chili sambal. Food wise, I only ordered a gyros. The portion was quite big and it tasted good. I don’t think there was anything special about the food but the whole experience was positive. My favorite place for dinner in Tilburg ! Lots of options and the portions are big. The chicken burgers and the pancakes are my favorites! The staff is really nice and the place is super cozy. Went here with a group of 10 (3 kids and 7 adults). There is a corner with board games you can play. The service is friendly, the seating is not much crowded. Beware of the toilet area though: the 3 doors can collide with each other or the person at the sink washing hands. The food was delicious and a bit but too much. We left with 3 or 4 doggie bags. Quite cool place to dine in. Friendly staff and overall good food. Downside is that most of the food is very salty, I just hope this is not a standard practice to get you to order more drinks. I don't know why this is called a greek restaurant. Only greek food i saw was some gyros and halloumi. Nothing from the restaurant interior reminded me of Greece either. I expected a whole menu of different greek dishes and i got a menu more focused on burgers. Also, it has those impossible-to-eat, super-tall burgers that need to be cut with knife and fork. They look great, but are a nightmare to eat. Not a super big variety of options either - burgers and pita. That being said, the food tasted ok, but don't expect to feel like you're in a greek restaurant. More like in a posh version of a KFC in Greece. Staff was great and friendly. Best food in Tilburg! Big portions with amazing taste. A lot of variety and options in the menu both for any time of the day, and fresh ingredients. My favorite is the Crispy Chicken Gyros. Also prices are great for how much food and nice service you get. It’s definitely my go to restaurant! Service, food, cocktails, milkshake, the vibe… everything was so great! Just like an American diner😋 I was hesitant towards a burger with pancakes as buns, plus topping it with maple syrup. But it was a perfect combination, definitely give it a try! Their cocktails were also really good. Milkshake was huge and so great. Definitely coming here again soon🥰
