I ordered food 13:00 ... at 14:30 still nothink and after calling the restaurant they told me to wait another 30 minutes at least ... please check your delivery time because right now you claim to be it max 70 minutes and well it is not

We've had a lunch with party of six people yesterday. We've chosen our seats and after around 10 mins a waitress asked what we would like to order. The thing is ...we haven't been provided with a menu at all...She started complaining that she works alone today and menu can be found at the bar. When my boyfriend wanted to order dish from a menu hew was informed that the waiting time will be 45 mins. He refused and we clearly stated that this is far too long. Although we resigned from the dish 2 deserts were served after 5 mins. We kindly asked if the deserts can be served after the main dishes. All the main dishes arrived 55 mins after. No apologies. Extra soup was served that we had to pay for and realised we've been cheated on a total bill around €40. 4 of us ended up with a diarrhea just one hour after. Checking a bill is a must.
