Best sesame balls in Madison. Red bean paste, fried glutinous rice dough. Big and plush and crispy. Extra good when warmed up, if they are cold when you pick them up or have them delivered. The other treats are good too, but writing this review about sesame buns has my mouth watering already.
Usually get the peach oolong tea with mango bobas and it's supposed to have fresh fruit in it. They must of had someone new working cause I just got unsweetened oolong tea not peach flavor with mango bobas 🤮 but at first she made my oolong tea with milk and black bobas and still got it wrong a second time around 🤦🏻‍♀️

The guy who "helped" me left me standing by the counter for 5 minutes while he was cutting a pineapple. After finally taking my order, he finished the drink and left the restaurant and started walking around to other restaurants doing who knows what. I waited thinking he may have run out of product but after he just disappeared for awhile, I asked some girls about my drink and they then asked me for my receipt for my order number. The guy never gave me one so I told them that and they tried explaining to me again that I needed an order number that's usually given out at the end of a purchase. I again, told them I never got one. One of the girls pointed at the machine that seals the drinks and they realized the guy never gave me my drink even though it was finished. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never be returning.

Tried the #13 Taiyaki (pineapple & dragon fruit) and Tropical Punch Milk Tea. Both were such unique flavors and I am definitely coming back. This store/food hall is a hidden gem.

This food hall is incredible. I wish more people knew about it! I ordered the traditional #1 bubble tea and it was to die for. So light and refreshing, not too sweet. Go here and bring your friends.

Long wait and they need more workers on weekends. Because you will find yourself waiting forever. But bubble teas are good.
