Such a fun, chill, laid back beach bar vibe! We went there around lunchtime to watch the planes land. The best view to watch the planes land right next to Maho Beach. We did not order any food but ordered drinks which were decent. I recommend for the atmosphere and drinks.

Nice casual dinner after dark with pretty views of well-lit buildings and incoming aircraft. Service was quick and friendly, huge tasty salad reasonably priced. Awesome place to visit during the day with its outstanding views of aircraft flying over the ocean and beach to land at Princess Juliana International Airport.

Food was beach bar food. Not the best and definitely not the worst. Check the airlines flight schedules (large planes arrive usually in the early afternoon). Arrive at beach by 11 am to get a table at the rail to have the best view. If on a cruise leave at least an hour before the time you need to board.

Stopped in for a quick bite but tour bus was heading back to the ship so we could not order. Lot's of folks eating, drinking and enjoying the close landing of the planes. Really enjoyed the stop.

We spent the whole morning drinking cocktails and eating while watching aircrafts landing. No wifi but said it is there. Check the schedule at the bar.

Great place to watch the jets and have a few drinks! Staff much better than last year. Food was pub style and came out fast today. Very busy location when cruise ships arrive and a little hectic when everyone leaves to get back to the ship.

Only got nachos, they we’re definitely edible, but nothing to write home about. Drinks were awesome and planes landing right next to the restaurant was supercool! Highly recommend this place, wished we had ordered more food so I could give better review on food. Little shop connected to restaurant was was nice and had really cool souvenirs!

Sunset Bar & Grill is a great place
To chill and sip some Wine on getting to St Maarten. Beautiful Scenery & great atmosphere. Maho Beach is right next door

The food was ok. We had the fish tacos with Talopia fish. The fish was great but the “coleslaw mix” was not that great, and I wasn’t that much a fan of the sauce. It came with rice and peas which was also ok.
We also decided to try the Johnny cakes. Nice and freshly fried. Very different but worth trying them.
The other bonus of eating at Sunset Bar is having the beach, a drink and being right by the airport where you can see the planes fly nearly right over your head.
I was a little disappointed they ran out of their souvenir cups seems like they weren’t prepared. I’m glad I got to experience MAHO and Sunset bar and Grill during perfect weather!
