Hands down, the best birthday cake I’ve ever had. Not only was it beautiful, the cake was fresh and tasted like heaven.

Great food. Went there 2 times. The first time, the young lady was so pleasant and made me the most delicious coffee in the late p.m. but went there yesterday a.m. for a sandwich. The older woman attending is a sweet heart, but the younger ladies have a face like they don't wanna be there.

This place is like a Panera Bread and 7-Eleven in one with a drive-thru. It seems popular with the locals, many ordering loaves of bread from them, even though bread wasn't on the menu. In addition to the several display cases of pastries and desserts, they've got an exhaustive made-to-order breakfast and sandwich menu. I ordered the regular sized Tripleta w/ mayo. It was very good and you get a lot of sandwich. I also ordered a pistachio loaf. It was moist, not too sweet (which I like), and pistachio-y. A great place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch or everything you would need for a picnic at the beach.

They made the dessert for our wedding and it was so good! We got carrot cake cheesecake & mini fruit tartlets and our guest demolished them!

Even though food is good, service is so bad that makes me choose better place. To be clear, in PR there is a lot of really good pastry place and this one is no exemption. However, the manager and the servers are rude, disrespectful and insulting. Their ego is so high that they don't care about loosing costumers and enjoys taking the luxury of insulting them.
Good costumer service is a key to success, and respect to clients too. This place fails big time on that. Please do not support a place were the people is rude, arrogant and disrespectful. It is sad to see this in this place.

Varied menu. Bright, clean, ample space. Prompt service. Only reason for 4 stars is that temperature is way cold! Bring a jacket.

We had breakfast, and it was good, we loved the bread. The only thing that bothered us and stop us from going back, was one of the employees... she seemed to be angry all the time, wasn't very polite to her coworker, and even raised her voice to one of us. Customer service reps don't have to treat others like royalty, just be nice.

Im a regular costumer and order ahead of time. This time I went to order to drive thru n to pick up later since my phone wasn’t working properly to call ahead and I explained this to the employee. she said no and that she couldn’t take my order at all unless I come inside or call by phone. By the way there was nobody inside or at their drive thru but me she could have at least taken the order.
