This location is not as crowded as the one in Irvine. I also feel that it doesn’t have that much inventory. At least the time that we went which was on a Thursday after 2pm. We picked up a few different pastries. Didn’t try their drinks or cakes. I specifically wanted the Portuguese egg tart. My mom got the green tea croissant and other pastries. She really likes the croissant saying it’s buttery and flaky. She compared it to 85 degrees. Prices are decent.

We went for Thai Tea and it was sold out. Dalgona Coffee does not taste good for me. Brioche Donut sold out

My favorite bakery. Their bake good is creamy and soft. I bought a matcha tiramisu and they ôve by all ò my gf family. Their $1 ham sandwich í bét selling. Ì 85 dregee have pork floss and egg tart. Summery have ham sandwiches. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Chain bakery with Happy Lemon boba, more limited special goods and less variety than other places. We wanted to try the Strawberry Cream Cake or Strawberry Tart but they were sold out in the morning. Sliced cakes were not available to try either. I don't see anything special about this boba places compared to everyone else in OC.

I ordered a cake to pick up for Mother's Day. I love the design, extremely adorable. My mom's favorite cake is tiramisu, and she says this is one of her favorites. Highly recommend.
