Amazing food! And if you're into unique beers it's perfect because they make their own, and meads and hard sodas. It's tiny so make a Reservation if you have a group if more than 4. We were there for turkey leg night and everything was top notch! A must visit for sure

I wish we would've found out about this place sooner than our last evening on Bonaire! Ofcourse drinking Polars and Amsterl Brites is fine on a holiday it was really nice to have a proper locally brewed beer.
It is a cozy place which means it's really easy to have a conversation with other guests. The atmosphere is great and the owners are very nice and knowledgeable people. Five stars well deserved, the beers are excellent.

My wife and I went to The Sugar Thief on Saturday night after seeing EVERYONE had given it 5-star reviews.
Trust us! This place is great! The atmosphere and owners are so welcoming. It’s like sitting down in a good neighbor’s kitchen.
We had the IPA, the H-town Rita hard soda, and the traditional mead. The mead was special (and wonderful) since we don’t see them very often in the states. We also had the chicken dinner which really hit the spot!
The hospitality we received from the owners (and some other customers) make this a truly amazing and must visit place. We will come again the next time we are on Bonaire!

We happened across Sugar Thief during our stay and it is a cozy spot perfect for hanging out with friends. Turns out that it is truly a small world as we discovered that the owners, Aaron & his wife, are also originally from Texas! Their drink selection was fantastic and don’t miss out on Thursday Taco night - the smoked beef tacos were one of the best things we ate on the island!! We were also able to speak with Aaron and get some insight to some of the beautiful dive spots! We will definitely be back to Sugar Thief whenever we come back to visit beautiful Bonaire in the future! This place is a MUST visit, eat and drink! If you have a large party, reservations are highly recommended! Five stars for Sugar Thief from this party! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visited Sugar Thief for Taco night on Thursday and had such an amazing time. Although I usually don't light drinks with honey, I tried their strawberry mead and can say that I have been converted - it was so delicious! Their homemade tortillas tasted incredible and we tried all the available taco fillings. My favorite was the beef one. Definitely don't forget to ask for their hot sauce as well, it adds a kick to the tacos that you don't want to miss. Sadly, we could visit this magical place only once during our short time on the island, but will definitely be back on our next trip to Bonaire.

Shared an enjoyable evening with a group of friends here and looking forward to going back. Aaron held his own amongst a somewhat rowdy crowd and we felt very welcome. Lovely venue and tasty beverages, it met our needs and then some! Without our crew, it would probably also be nice for a quiet evening. Highly recommend.

This brewery was just a few minutes from our hotel and was one of the highlights of our trip! Aaron is an amazing host, treated us to an impromptu one man band-great beer, great venue, and great music. Our group is planning many more visits to this hidden gem on future trips!

This brew pub is a Bonaire MUST. We arrived late to Taco Thursday, and panicked to see a line of people with reservations. Aaron and Edite fit us in anyway and I’m not sure what I liked more … the mouth watering food, tasty original concoctions, or the incredibly welcoming atmosphere the husband and wife team cultivated. Good luck beating our 10+ double jenga tower. Can’t wait to visit again! 🍻

Wow, what a great little brewery. The beer was great and the owners were fantastic. We loved hanging out there taking with Aaron and learning about his journey and lessons learned as a small business owner. ps. The tacos on Thursday are the best tacos on the island.
