Brian did an amazing job for us tonight! What we didn't know was the store was supposed to close at 9, but the website says 10. He was very accommodating even though we came in at 8:51pm. He was still very pleasant, made our sandwiches and after a long, hard day, he made our night for us!! Thanks, Brian!! We appreciate you!! The customer service was not good. No one was at the counter when we came in. There was one girl in front of us and she got her food and left. They stood and talked for 10ish minutes and then they took our order. The bread is so dry that my dinner table looks like a sand box! They were stingy with the toppings, and it is basically just bread. They were also speaking in Spanish in between making the orders, and there's nothing wrong with them speaking in Spanish, but they would pause making the food and point and laugh. The store was crusty as well. The girl who toasted it wasn't wearing gloves! They were very rude, but they did let us do a separate transaction so that we could use our coupons. Walked into Subway yesterday, was shocked to see how dirty the store looked. Tables were not clean, floors hadn't been swept. I was waiting in line to order and heard the music the young man and young girl, (looked like new employees) working had playing, very explicit. Foul language, they must have had Bluetooth going. Kept running to the phone to skip to songs in the middle of sandwich making. Very unprofessional. I felt they were distracted during the people ahead orders. I did not stay. Terrible customer service from whatever chick answers the phone. I placed an online order through the app and they claim they never recieved it but I paid and it says the order was picked up. They wouldn't even let me speak to a manager claiming one isn't on site. Now I will be calling my bank and reporting the charge because I never recieved my food. Restaurant was super dirty. Crumbs on the counter on the customer side. Greasy fingerprints on the glass where customers tap on it to let the employee know what they want on their subs. I felt a little uncomfortable after I left knowing that the cleanliness of the restaurant was maybe a 1 out of 10. Also the employee who made my sub was not friendly at all. I tried to strike up a conversation with him and he totally ignored me. Will not go back to that store again. I ordered online, I got a very sloppy footlong Tuna with a long black hair in the middle. I went in to get it remade, I didn't get greeted when walking in, I didn't get an apology for the mistake made or a word when leaving. Even though I was upset, I still was kind and well mannered. At the very least, I expected the same in return. The only words spoken to me were that it was door dashs' fault for my missing bag of chips. Was not offered my chips or again, an apology. Horrid service I left because they were taking damn near 3 eons to say hello. Worst subway in the history of all. Although I was not a fan of this subway I am still very fond of all of the subways around the world. One bad subway does not mean they are all bad.

After discussing with the male employee options of subs with bacon I ordered a Cali sub without avocado. I presented my coupon for a footlong sub for $6.99. The female employee said my total was $9.74 .I was surprised and asked why it wasn't for $6.99 she said I had to pay more for the fresh mozzarella and I said if I got the avocado on the side would it be $6.99 for that sub I ordered. She said I was giving her an attitude and that I had a problem with her. I told her I had a problem with the total being $9.74 she said I had to pay more for fresh mozzarella and that I couldn't use the coupon anyway. The Cali sub comes with turkey,bacon,fresh mozzarella and avocado. I went to a different subway today and got my sub the way I wanted it with my coupon,and no bad attitude from the employees.
