The employees were good, and I'm sure they're just following protocol. The sub might be 12 inches long, but the width has definitely decreased. A cheesesteak sub is usually wider than a bread stick... Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Normally they're really good, but this time I ordered 2 sandwiches with Italian herbs and cheese bread and got white bread. My mom ordered two sandwiches as well, same bread, and both of those sandwiches came with the bread that was requested. Not happy, as this bread gives extra flavor, and it says it right on the receipt. Hope this doesn't happen again. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The older lady that worked tonight 9/16/23 in the drive thru was absolutely amazing! I ordered a six inch tuna to share, and it was so delicious that we went back for another one. She was very pleasant and funny. This was a big change prior to our past visits. I wish they could clone her and put her at all surrounding fast food restaurants. Kudos to her! Buyer beware - be sure the price you are charged matches what is on the screen when you order. They overcharge and won't adjust when they are called out about it.

Had the tuna sub today! Everything was really good. Service was also good! I ordered online, but decided to eat here because of the weather. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

This subway is unique when compared tp others. It has a dribethru and the interior boasts modern design. It feels like it belongs in a big city setting. The staff is friendly and the facility is extremely clean. The food is fresh and excels my expectations from a chain sub shop.

Renovated place. Very modern, sleek looking. They have a drive thru in which you use a touch screen to place your order and when you get to the window your sub is done. You can even save the sub in the system for future ordering. They also have self ordering screens inside. There are charging stations on most tables with outlets for your charger and USB ports for your charging cable. Fast service even though i went at night so it wasn't busy.

I’ve come here a few times to the subway and it is very lackluster service. So many people are pretty nice but it’s slow wait times just waiting on one sandwich as well as they messed up my order a few times my sandwich will be swimming in mayonnaise when I asked for a little mayonnaise, and it just creates a hot, Sticky tangy mess of egg, steak and flatbread that I paid for and had to endure. This latest fiasco was beyond belief. I specifically told the sandwich maker that I wanted to get a steak egg and cheese so when I got my sandwich and had no steak in it and I know I had told her she looked at me blankly like a deer in headlights and got steak and put it in it… after waiting for what seem like forever, as I was biting into my steak, egg and cheese, the excessive juices from the sandwich and ruined my shirt and my shorts. I called several times, and I cannot get an answer from the store. Very incompetent service. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1
