Many visitors point out that waiters offer nicely cooked sandwiches and tasty pork here. Guests don't highly appreciate flija at this fast food. Most people suppose that the staff is friendly here. I’ve noticed that the fountain drink machine is finally working! Apparently it’s due to them being under new management and honestly I can’t wait to see how they do and improve the store, The bad reviews give it a bad rep, but it should be worth it now! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

First I want to say, the staff and the employees here are amazing ALWAYS nice and friendly . The reason I am giving 2 stars is they have to deal with the owner not stepping in to properly supply their store . For example .. the drink machine has been down for close to a YEAR I'm a local business owner and drop in occasionally to get a healthier lunch. Every time every single time I'm in there they are usually out of something and the drink machine has never been fixed. . Last week it was "to go" boxes for mini pizzas for my sons and I had to ask the associate to place it in A salad 🥗 tray. The employees are amazing and doing the best they can. The owner is rarely ever there and doesn't care to take initiative to fix reoccurring issues OR make sure his store has what it needs . Many customers get annoyed and take it out on his staff and they are literally doing the best that they can with minimal resources. It is irresponsible with this store being at An I-85 exit being high traffic to not be better prepared for customers. Staff gets 10 stars! Their owner is MIA. Cookies were great! Food areas looked clean and well stocked. Employees should stop using register while preparing food! I go in there almost daily and I have got keep asking them to change gloves prior to touching food. That is disgusting. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Walked in to order 2 sandwiches, employee didn’t even know the different kinds of bread but that was fine. Then while holding our bread in one hand, proceeds to pull out and touch her phone, and without changing gloves goes back to touching the food with the dirty glove. We left. Wouldn’t recommend. Worst subway to Ever exist I walked in they had a teenage girl behind the counter dosent even know her stuff they didn’t have any options to choose from then she has no manners and talks to me as if I’m her friends then at the checkout she threw my receipt without asking me if I wanted it. I wish I could give 0 stars! This is the absolute worst Subway. We live in Lowell and order from here at least once a week, yesterday that changed. I always do my order through the mobile app. it says my order was ready at 7:20PM. I ordered two footlongs and a kids meal. I arrived at the store at 7:25PM. My order was not ready until 7:40PM, which is fine they were busy. What was my breaking point was the bread for my child’s meal was not correct, I was told they didn’t have time to make the Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, they didn’t have any apple sauce that comes with the kids meal and the only option for a child’s drink for the kids meal was milk! The drink machine has been broken for at least 6 months. Something needs to be done! You can’t expect people to still pay full price for items you don’t have or can’t accommodate for. Someone needs to get in touch with the owner, Alan. I am sure he doesn’t know his store is running completely into the ground. We will take our Subway business to Belmont. Don't blame the workers! People need to know that this franchisee holds tips from employees. This loser obviously doesn't care about employees or customers! Once again Subway screwed up my online order and made zero sandwiches (after the app said my order was ready!). When I get there the incompetent person behind the counter is mumbling under the glass so I can't hear a thing. Don't waste your time here. The place has only gotten worse over seven years.
