Placed an online order tonight an hour before close and I arrived when it said it was ready on the app. The girl working told me she hadn’t started on my two sandwiches as she had no bread baked and could cancel my order or use flatbread. I asked her why they had no bread baked if they’re open for another hour and she said she was busy and didn’t prep it. I would recommend a different location as I’ve never had this experience before. Mobile order ready on time and correct. Clean facility inside and out. Only thing I would change is to add curbside pickup, as the block is not very handicap accessible. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

i use this subway often. like multiple times a week in the summer. the food is always good but there is like a 50/50 chance of getting good service and waiting for half an hour for a sandwich i ordered online. they are also always out of turkey and cookies lately. i am currently waiting 15 minutes after my food said it would be ready on the app, the employees have talked to me and know what order im waiting on and they are still not starting my order. i understand every once and awhile it gets busy and other customers need their attention but this is a consistent problem. one time i waited for 30 minutes for the employees to work through a never ending line before looking at the online orders.

Ordered through the app and sent my son to pick up. They gave us a six inch sub instead of the footlong we paid for. The problem is I can’t call them as the line has been busy for the past hour even though they are open. Food we did get was decent but with the prices as high as they are now I don’t relish paying for something I didn’t receive Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I come to this subway rather often, and I have to say that the experience gets worse every single time I go. The past four times I've gone, they've only had one person working, which equaled long wait times for a huge line of people. Secondly, the past four times I've gone here, they've been out of practically all of their bread and more than half of their meats. Finally, as others have mentioned, the majority of the employee's attitudes leave much to be desired; they're rude, haughty, and just overall petulantly-unpleasant. In short; if you want to go to a subway, find another one other than this location. They're poorly staffed, poorly stocked, and deliver an overall poor experience.
My wife and I frequent this Subway on a weekly basis. Over the last year, this Subway has become one of the worst places we have available. Last week, we had to wade through disassembled change machines, dirty food prep gloves and dirty checklist items in order to simply pay for our sandwiches that were only partial due to items that they are still missing. (They're always out of something, but this time was a lot of something's.) The sandwich artists vary rarely are concerned with the customer or the quality of their work. There was a kid there a long time ago that I actually provided a tip to for their fantastic work, but not anymore. The franchise really needs to take a look at their staff, facility and ordering of product. There is a lot of improvement to be made. We won't be back for some time and hopefully they've improved.

I found TWO DIFFERENT HAIRS in my food. 🤮 One was long and straight and was baked into the bread. The other was short... and curly and was in the bag that my sandwich and chips came in. The sandwich I got was a new menu item that wasn't actually programmed into the register, so I was charged more than menu price because of how they had to ring it up. The kid working was nice but.... outside of that I dont think this visit could've gotten much worse. Grooooss.
Leonard helped us design a great vegetarian sub. He was courteous and accommodating. He made eating at Subway an excellent experience. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
