They are really struggling at this location. What is the point of making an online order if they don’t have it ready. I made an online order so I wouldn’t have to interact with you…yes I’m annoyed when you ask what I want on it…the ticket is right there….otherwise the new wallpaper and seating looks nice…😂🤷‍♂️🤡 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Something changed at this place for the better! Used to be a total dump with rude employees. Came in today and the people working were the most professional food workers I've probably ever seen. They greeted everyone that came in the door and spoke with such a polite and professional tone. I'm stunned. The dining room was totally clean despite it being busy. Great job, hope others leave similar feedback today. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered lunch from the subway App at 11:00 at 12:20 the driver called me and said that the store was closed due to staff shortage had to get on the phone to try and figure it out he called back said he got it transferred to another Subway here in Durango 225 still no food he said that the order got canceled so I tried calling all of the Subways here in Durango and every single one doesn't answer their phone so I just got jipped out of $35 thanks a lot Subway

We needed a filling, quick meal near the highway, and we got it. The staff are quick with service and friendly. We had the Philly, the Subway Club, and a turkey sub. All were yummy. What is going on at this location. I came by last week and you were closed. I went by today and it was closed for 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes in my car and then went and opened the door and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Guess I won't be stopping by anymore. Very disappointed. Service: 1

We had a literal hand-written list because our order was so large, and they handled it so well. They didn't give us attitude and it went smoothly. Jodey!!! This girl was absolutely incredible and honestly subway you don’t deserve her. It looked like no one else showed up to work and she was the only one on the line. She was an absolute champion. Line out the door during lunch rush. She was polite, kind, and so unbelievably fast. I don’t know how one keeps an attitude like that under that much stress and pressure. Give her promotion or raise. Seriously. Thank you Jodey. You’re an absolute gem of a human.
