Staff was super friendly, they were very patient with me when I for some reason panic froze over the menu. Good quality for a subway. The physical menu is getting somewhat complicated if you don't want one of their featured subs, but it is what it is. Parking was good and well laid out, also store was neat and organized and as I mentioned earlier, the staff was great! They really made this store feel contemporary with their new remodeling, I visited here for their 7/12 nationwide promo.(T.Y Subway) I do like their new menu!!! The sandwich makers are pretty fast at this store when somebody pays by card and the card keeps getting declined it backs the whole system/ line up. It's hard to get around that obstacle, without that happening you can get in and out of here pretty quick these days Especially when you order Online through their app. they're always Sending Special offers that are only good ordering online. The only thing is the Subway app Can use a lot of attention and help? It's not very Good!!!! It needs some help. It doesn't let you log in through the app,, you have to log. In through The offer they sent you on your(E-Mail) phone. I've found that works most of the time. Where it says get offer now!!!! Sandwich is overloaded with mayo I can't even taste the Tuna. This is the second time I have had an issue when I placed my order online. I will never order my food from this subway again!!!! We love this store. We drive from the other side of Gastonia just to order from this store. Employees are always friendly and so nice especially Bethany. Terrible!!! They always got it wrong, the sandwiches are a total mess, it was always children running the place and when you tried to contact the manager or the owner you could never get anyone! I use to buy here twice a week 4 footlongs for my family. I haven't gone back in over a year. They are not telling the truth about slicing there meat!!! It's still the same meat the sat on a truck for 7 days before they got it! Go somewhere you can watch them slice your meat, and you will see the difference!!! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hard bread asked the lady if she had any other bread she say she didn’t know.how hard is it to make a sandwich?definitely wouldn’t go back to Dallas Nc location.they need a manager on duty.I will be reaching out to district manager and corporate. 9.7.2019 7:30pm Newest location but one of the worst service we've encountered at a Subway. The employees were having inappropriate personal conversations in front of the customers and working at an unbelievably slow pace. The sun was still out when we arrived and by the time we got our food it was dark out. Literally 30 minutes. Gracie was especially slow and nonchalant in the way she served the long line that formed behind us. Absolutely ridiculous. They could have at least apologized or offer a free small cup for the drinks fountain. The couple in front of us literally gave up half way through their order and walked out and the 2 ladies looked at each other baffled by them being upset. Unacceptable and never plan on visiting this location again.
