I used to eat at this subway every day for lunch, but I will never eat there again. The owner is the rudest person I have ever met. His little boy worker was cussing at me and calling me names. The manager was mad because they made the wrong sub and he wanted to get loud with me. I just wanted the right sub. There was a very nice young lady that helped me. I did get my sub after they threw the old one on the floor. Some people should not run a business. Grow up.

The man who made my sub was pretty rude to me. I was also overcharged for a regular footlong sub. About $3 more expensive than other Subway locations. I never leave bad reviews but I was shocked this time around.

Doordashing on Thanksgiving. It took a while to get the order, which I was kind of expecting since they don't have a large staff on a holiday. So that was fine. But, when he finally got the order to me (10 minutes later), he opens the window to the drive-thru, thrust out the sandwich to me, mutters an apology about it taking a long time and then slams the window *while* I'm trying to verify the order details to make sure that he was giving me the right thing for *his* customer. That was rude, unhelpful, and not very professional. Shame on you.

The people here are over the top with service. I thought personal service was a thing of the past but man i was wrong. From the time i walked through the door not only was i greeted with smiles but i felt pampered while normally an otherwise mundane task. They actually cared and informed me of a flash sale that saved 50 % ! The woman behind the counter was bubbly and smokin hot ! This is not a " welcome to Wal-Mart " establishment. Nay its a fun place to eat .
Went thru the drive thru and ordered an ultimate bmt, not toasted. The bread had to be especially stale because it was so tough I was having to pull the sandwich away from my mouth just to get the bread to come off. Meat was sliced so thin that it was practically non existent and all toppings.

Been working close by for a few months and eating here often. Been overcharged a few times and they rarely put the right ingredients or the right portions. I'm constantly reminding them about the portions on signature sandwiches. The owners are super cheap and cut corners where they can.

The person making my sandwich refused to put enough of anything on my sandwich... the meat didn't even cover the bread so when i asked for it to be covered she said she would have to charge me extra!! I wasnt asking for extra i just wanted enough to cover the bread!! I asked for olives and she strategically places 4 small slices of olives.. I asked for more.. she put 2 more... one olive per bite! I asked for spinach and she literally put 3 leafs of spinach.. I asked for more and she placed ONE leaf of spinach... I asked for more 4 times for her to place one leaf each time!! I have never seen this kind of scarcity from someone making a sandwich before!! This was ridiculously comical!

The two young people working tonight (the night before Thanksgiving at about 7pm, one male and one female) were the absolute nicest and friendliest who have ever served me at Subway. Hope the manager sees this review! Great couple of kids and, as the owner of a restaurant myself, exactly the type of people who you want representing you! And the subs were delicious!
