Subway is always a great option for a quick lunch. Fast, clean, efficient service. My sub was made exactly how I specified. Yep. I'm picky... and I didn't get any funny looks. All I got was a delicious well made sub.

Today host id: SPM20230918051818 made me feel uncomfortable, questioning why I put mayo in my meatball sub. He looked at his coworker and laughed at me. & laughed as i walked out the store ! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The subs at this location cost $4+ more than for the same sub as up the road at Hamden Plaza's Subway. Not in good neighborhood or location. No reason for that much of an increase other than greed. Will never be back... Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Went there last night to get something before my overnight shift. I met an employee named TJ. He was one of the nicest subway employees I've came in touch with at any subway. His customer service skills were way above his pay grade. I would like to bring attention to the management that I believe he deserves a raise or promotion. I felt very invited like I've know him forever and that level of customer service is why I'll be returning. So please give his performance an evaluation because I would hate to see you lose such an amazing employee sandwich was right on point. Service was on point and will be returning thanks to TJ. . Extremely rude to me, was trying to order 2 sandwiches, explained I was vax and boosted. I didn't have a masked I offered to just order and step outside. Refused service to me and the person I was with even though they had a mask. Felt more like a power play and was discrimination then a nice subway sandwich.

Two thumbs up sandwiches, I would rather wait and eat good food instead speedy junk. owner was very strong worker, other crew was very nice. store was very nice and clean, pretty good for privacy, too. Well, today when I stop by this place, it was such a hot mess. Not cleaned tables all over the store, only one person for 1:30 pm prime time crew. How in the world they can clean the store. Making sandwiches and receive the orders?!

I like Subway. So I choose that before I choose McDonald's or Burger King It's a lot healthier. When I do not like is when someone is working at the register and does not remove their gloves and attempts to prepare food for someone with the same dirty gloves they use to take money from patrons. I'm a stickler when it comes to food service, as any and everyone else should be. When I brought it to the young man's attention that he needs change his gloves before preparing my food He was NOT too happy with me. People need to do better and food service training! Watch and pay attention to how your food is being handled We only have one life. SUBWAY on Dixwell near U-haul.

This was another location we've been to a few times, with various kids and sports teams. The food at this one also doesn't seem quite as good as other locations, and the toaster always seems to be down. The food is better than the location on Route 15, but the staff there isn't quite as friendly, even with nobody else in the store, and three or four kids with us, the staff seems bothered by having to make a few sandwiches.

We had the Roasted chicken, and Tuna. Both were fresh, but could've had more meat. The new girl did a good job. Service Take out
