This place is right down the street from my house literally on the same street and it's always good when we go here because the people that work here are really nice people and they care about their job and they do a very good job of making people sandwiches

Order lunch for my coworkers and myself, and it will be the last time getting it from this location. Forgot meat on one sub all together and the other subs tasted so awful they went straight to the trash. Only good thing was the miss vickies jalapeño chips.

Teamwork of employees is amazing. Service with a smile and even for the crabby customers I’ve witnessed today. And the new caramel apple cookie... LIFE CHANGING.
Located at 111th st. In worth staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the salads just tried one yesterday for the first time, I loved it so much I went back today.

I gave them 4 stars because there was only one guy there Friday working and it was quite busy. There were 5 people that came in after me & I ordered 3 foot longs. The guy did a great job of working hard & trying to keep up. But, when it gets so busy and you are by yourself, there's only so much you can do.
The staff was pleasant and the service was good. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the forced tipping I was treated to when paying with my credit card. I was immediately turned off and probably will not go back. I am not at a sit down restaurant. You did your job. What you get paid to do. No more, no less. I'm tired of this imposed tipping for people who do nothing other then their job. If I was at a dinner, bar, or such. And someone actually waited on me, I tip accordingly. I work in the service industry so, I am used to tipping for a service. But, when I come into a Subway, or the ilk. I am not tipping you for doing the job your paid for. I tip because Bartenders, and waitresses make less then minimum wage and live off their tips. I refuse to tip someone for doing there job that they get paid to do. Won't be going back.
I’m giving 5 stars to Steve in particular. It’s 10 minutes to closing and this guy had a great attitude and stayed positive and welcoming when most people would be annoyed that customers are coming in 10 minutes to closing. It was my only option at the time but thanks for staying positive, Steve!
