I always go to this subway as I work in Golden. I have seen alot of different staff. Also why do they never have product. Is this a subway ordering issue or the manager is just not ordering enough product. Strange to me to have a sandwich shop with no pickles no bacon no spinach.....do better subway. I got a free sandwich as the employee felt horrible half rhe ingredients on the sandwich I just so happen to order was out of mist everything to go on it but the rotisserie chicken and ranch🤣 do better subway but nice as ever employee. Hi mi name is Adriana. I was entering the store at 5.06 pm and a thick built woman with short hair was very angry and spoke to me in a grotesque manner yelling at me. I told her I was sorry, I didn't understand her because I don't speak English, she asked me how I am and I told her that I was fine, but she looked quite angry, she should calm down, she started preparing my food and threw everything away, I asked her her name. Why am I going to complain since I didn't like the way he treated me? He yelled at me and I told him in Spanish that I am not to blame for his bad mood, that he should treat his clients well because we are the ones who pay his check. It is not fair that customers have to put up with the frustration and bad mood of employees. I also work in a food store and I have never treated a customer badly because I know how important they are to our store. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was very disappointed today when I went to subway. I have a service dog and been there multiple times before however today was something I never expected. When I entered the new manager insisted that my service dog leave the restaurant. I'm a disabled veteran I'm very much aware of what the law is for service dogs. Fact is a service dog is not required to wear a vest anywhere, I take my dog to the va in aurora colorado without a vest. This manager insisted that we leave, I tried to explain to him what the law actually states, he ignored me. He then told me that he was not going to serve me any food, at that point I became a little upset. I told him to call the cops because I was not leaving, but I did one better than that. I called the police, I know several officers in golden, within five minutes of calling the police they were there. They talked to the manager and told him it was against the law for him to do what he was trying to force me to do. I know the officer and she knows my dog. I will continue to go to this subway, but this manager was very rude, should not even be in that position. He is very uneducated and I believe he will get subway in some legal trouble soon. He is certainly a liability, not an asset. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
I went to this Subway to pick up my mobile order. The short blond girl messed up my order and gave me the worst attitude. I ordered an Italian herbs and cheddar bread, but she gave me a white bread. I didn’t choose lettuce but she put tons in my sandwich. I was waiting inside when she was preparing my sandwich. She burned my bread into charcoal. People with common sense will just toss that away and prepare a new one immediately. Shockingly, she was just standing there and staring at me angrily. I felt so funny and weird. Why she was not doing her job but looking at me. When she handed me my food, I asked for my receipt. She said “it got messy” and, without exaggeration, threw it to my face. Attached are the pictures of my mobile order receipt and my sandwiches for the record.

The manager at this subway location in golden was one of the nicest I've ever encountered. After waiting patiently for him to finish his Togo order, the manager asked me wish it was that I wanted, I told him. He whipped that 6" sub out in no time and gave it to me on the house for waiting so patiently. Hard worker and extremely nice guy. Food was awesome. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Literally every time we come here we can never get food. The credit card machines are always down or its never open. If the credit card machines don't work you should be giving away free sandwiches! That food that is put out just goes to waste everyday cause the machines never work? The hours say 8am-9pm but they are never actually open those hours, we've showed up at 7:30 pm before and the doors were locked and the girl inside just shook her head no. Over it.

Fun fact: Subway has the most chain locations out of any BUSINESS at 37,000 stores. Mario and Aaron were very nice and easy going. I really appreciated their candour and professionalism. This was on Dec. 1, 2022. Got my sandwich and had a wonderful interaction. These guys are wonderful and worth their weight in gold. Not everyday you walk out of Subway satisfied, but I did today. Mario and Aaron were the only guys working and I could tell they were busy for lunch. They handled it wonderfully. People were already sitting at the restaurant (I took mine to go), but they had kids running around and a couple behind me. They got everything done happily and efficiently. Perhaps I've been sleeping on Subway??? This location on this date was great. Thanks Mario and Aaron. And yes, I asked for their names. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
