Had a friend get me a sandwich from here, and it was so sloppily made it was pathetic. Bread was old, dry, and crumbly, a little hard to eat. Being as I use to work here I was very disappointed with the way this sandwich was put together. And disappointed with how my friend said they treated her. Said she felt like they were more concerned with smoking weed out back then the customers. And from my time working there, I believe it. Standard Subway restaurant offering. We were very let down by how many things were out of stock, such as teriyaki chicken. I tried the chicken garlic wrap, which sounds great on paper but was disgusting. I'm pretty sure I've not tasted chicken like that before, so one to avoid. 7/8/2023 Got a nice Cheese and Steak sandwich 🥪 and it was tasty. The service was good, the place was clean, and well organized.

I decided to try the steak & cheese that looks so yummy in commercials. I couldn't stop laughing in the line because of how little meat was in it, compared to the commercial & pictures. I basically had a lettuce sandwich. The staff was very friendly, though. The place was clean.

I have eaten over 100 subs from Subway. This one, a Spicy Italian, but it was horribly over salted, not edible. I I did not discover this until I got home so I fed it to the dog. She liked it. As I was ordering TWO previous customer asked for a "remake" because of too much salt. I should have skipped the salt/pepper but I always order the same thing. Ordered lunch from the subway App at 11 still haven't gotten my food and it's 3:20 now got charged $35 and they can't even answer their phone very disappointed in the service up here in Durango

Pickup order was just a bit off - immediately, the employee went to fixing it right away. Amazing service. Mistakes will always happen, but how you handle them is how you impress your clientele. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered a 6 in for delivery through Uber eats. I added pepper to my sandwich. As I open the packaging i see my sandwich doused in pepper. Do your job right smh Service Delivery

Totally disappointed that I paid $29 for myself and 2 kids! But it was good! As for this particular location, the dining area was extremely hot, broken a/c maybe? The staff were friendly though. I'll definitely be going again because we love the food, I'll just pay more attention to what we order so I don't pay that much again!
