The 2 men that are currently at work on 8/16 at 4:00pm complaining about Ms Ashley and having to put away a truck order and wait on customers etc! Conversation could’ve been discussed in back not on your main line! Happy the one guy it’s his last day! Did not interact much with us would rather complain about having to work, at work wow imagine that! Completely rude and paid zero attention to the task at hand ie the customer! very sweet staff. had an amazing pizza and they are super good to their customers making sure they ask how their day was and checking up on customers that they have seen before. i walk from splash country after my shift and they are very sweet to me and always ask if i had a good day. i have no clue what jay and shelly make but they definitely need a raise. they go beyond the job and they definitely do the job exceptionally well. much love to them <3

July 18, 30 minutes before closing we went in to grab a sandwich after leaving Dollywood. The young lady and gentleman working tonight were great! She very sweetly asked how our day was and he carefully numbered our 4 subs when he packed them up. They were kind and didn't make is feel unwelcome right before they closed. Our food was great too. Thank you so much! We appreciate you!

Nice, new place that a friend steered me to (it's only a couple of minutes from his house). Food was fine and the service was great. One odd bit was that I *think* the counter person assumed my friend and I to be a gay couple (likely because of our age and ethnicity differences), as she was surprised when we paid separately for our meals. This didn't bother me or my friend at all; I just mention it as a point of interest.

I took my grandson's for lunch, the employees were so nice i informed them that my grandson was allergic to gluten and the lady changed her gloves and fixed his with his gluten free bun and bagged it separately to not cross contaminate his. They were very friendly and helpful. It was one of the best Subway sandwich that i have ever had.

A wonderful experience. They had the gluten free bun and we were able to get sub sandwiches without fear of gluten contamination. They staff was well trained and they changed gloves, opened new items as needed, and made us feel very safe eating there. Highly recommend this location.

We have eaten at this location several times and have always gotten really good service and food! Today there was a guy working not the normal lady we always get and he apparently has never made subs! They were so sloppy and the bread (wheat) was very hard and dry! Like it was old! He was very skimpy on toppings too! If I went back and he was the one making subs I would leave!

The guy was a little busy and by himself but handled it wonderfully and that was the BEST subway sandwich Ive had in YEARS. Plus the store had a nice layout so just generally wonderful friendly clean environment. Will be back next time I want subway after work for SURE.

Young woman behind the counter not wearing a mask while preparing the sandwiches. In the middle of a pandemic and she is breathing all over the food. We did not order and instead left the restaurant. Will not be returning. If so little attention is paid to something that important I’m left to wonder about everything that goes on there.
