The bread was fresh and the sandwich was good. My major complaint is whoever is running this store needs a serious evaluation. I’m talking to the boss now. Never ever have just one employee working by himself. You lost money tonight. People were leaving because you had only one employee working. When people have to wait a long time for a sandwich to be made, they just upped and walked out the door. Your employee was doing the best he could. This is on the boss. 1. We ordered at 11 pm , and received a text saying delayed until 3:45 AM. Tried calling Subway to cancel our order because we were not going to wait until 4 am to eat. They never answered the phone and no way to leave a message. We never got our food And NEVER GOT A REFUND . 2. Placed app order and did not know when it said 2.99 delivery fee that it was going to be by door dash. So after completing the order we got a ping on our bank account for $62 which was $24 over the actual food price. Talk about running the brand into the ground!! How about a visit from CEO John Chidsey! This is a major tourist area, and you would think you wanted to represent the brand. However, 6 tomatoes for a foot long were explained as extra veggies. You only get 3. The same is true for all the other veggies, too. So, the brand is content with ripping off customers to allow the franchise owner to profit more money per customer. Total disregard for customer service and expectation. This franchise owner needs to have their agreement pulled! #subway #johnchidsey At least in Florida they understand the value of the brand. Employees always outside smoking and on phones. Ordered a steak n cheese not toasted so he gave it to me completely cold. Never warmed the meat. Told me the reason was not toasted. So i have to have hard bread to have warm meat. I have never had a subway not warm the meat because I didn't want toasted bread. I can see why the rating is 3.9. If I just wasn't getting on the road to go home and needed gas and a quick bite, i would not have chosen subway. Haven't eaten at a subway in over a year because all of them are getting bad. This was was no exception, bad employees and low grade food even though ever sign in the place says new this new that....NOT Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

I ordered two footlong meatball subs. He charged me for two specialty subs that were one and a half times the price of the regular meatball I ordered. When I pointed it out, he argued and contested it saying that’s what his manager has told him to do. No matter what I said, he showed no concern or desire to fix it but just said I’d have to come in the next day and speak with a manager. Of course I don’t live there as most people are tourists so it’s an effective ploy. Don’t let this business rob you too. Service: 1

the lady completely made both sandwich’s wrong and barely gave me any veggies when i ordered extra… she also put mustard on my sandwich instead of honey mustard… how hard can it be to read a ticket. Remy or however you spell her name is also rude af when i called to tell her she ruined my whole sandwich she said do you want it replaced i said tomorrow and she hung up didn’t take my name order or anything just hung up on me when i called back to ask her how they will know to remake my sandwich she threw the phone down and kept doing other things she literally doesn’t care about her job.

This restaurant is open 24 hours and for some reason they couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone while I called to get extra sweet onion sauce. It wouldn’t be a huge deal except I tried calling 23 times in the span of an hour. Nobody has answered the whole time, my sandwich arrived by doordash while I was still trying to call them (and they still haven’t answered) now I have my sandwich and it is not even right. There is NO sauce on it even though I badgered them for OVER AN HOUR THEY ARE STILL NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. I’m going in there tomorrow and they will be sorry they ever applied to Subway.
