They literally put one piece of meat on my roast beef sandwich! I won’t be returning. Update: I decided to return and that was a mistake. I ordered 4 subs tonight online and literally none of the sandwiches were correct! Not one! They really just made my sandwiches the way that they wanted to. Unfortunately I was home when I noticed it and I wasn’t about to go back to the store. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lazy workers that don’t care to work. Can’t even read tickets correctly. Ask for more toppings and they refused to give more. Can’t make fresh bread of customers choice. And and they ignore customers when asking for something. I will not be returning. I always have an issue of some sort from this location.
Currently standing in line and have been for at least 15m. 6 people in front of me. And one person behind the counter with another doing who knows what in back. You know what, I just left. This is taking to dang long. One star. Don't go until they learn to manage their customers and "fast food" better. Meal type Lunch
Incredibly slow service today. Two employees present, moving very slowly. Short line, maybe six ahead of me. Waited in line for 30 minutes before service, one employee took a break as I arrived at counter. Left without lunch as my lunch break was over. Will not return to this location.
It's been a while since I've eaten at Subway. It has vastly improved in the last couple of years. I really enjoy the Italian sandwich, especially when it's heated. We were able to order at the window rather easily. I will start going to Subway again based on my experience

We live near here and probably 75% of the time have problems with this subway. From them being very slow, the older lady is extremely rude, today after we had waited in line they start a mobile order of 4 sandwiches rather than starting the order for people actually in the restaurant who have been waiting. Another time my husband wanted a foot long but wanted it put on 6 inches of bread. The lady could not understand that and said she would have to charge him for double meat!! I would highly recommend not going to this one and move on to the one in WalMart. They are very friendly and efficient!!
Not good. I asked about if they would honor a coupon I had. They said yes. When I got to the cashier who was a different person he would not honor the coupon. I told the cashier I checked before I ordered. I said unless you honor the coupon your going to keep the Seven sandwiches. He didn't care so I went around the corner and ordered 7 subs and they honored the coupon. I won't be coming back.

We stopped in at 11:05 AM and were told that there were no sub rolls available, and it would be 15 more minutes until they were ready. They had flatbread, but we didn't want that. How does a subway not have any rolls at the beginning of the lunch period? A couple months ago, they didn't have rolls because they weren't prepared "correctly", and they were having to bake more.

The employees and service here are fine but a few practices they take part in force me to rate 1 star. They combine their oil and vinegar into a single bottle, so if you're a person who wants only one or more of one than the other you're out of luck. They purposefully undercook their bread, I've asked why all their bread looks raw and the lady behind the counter said "our manager wants us to cook it that way." This leads to a floppy sandwich with no texture, just a mushy cold cut. The toppings bar is always littered with crumbs and loose toppings even when they aren't busy. I've been to at least 30 Subways in the KC MO area, this one is the worst.
Normally I love Subway, I could eat it every day but the Subway inside the Lee's Summit Walmart is the worst Subway I have ever eaten at. It was around lunch time and they only had one worker. It took about 15 minutes before we even got to order, the girl did not know what she was doing. The bread was over cooked and stale. The cookie where dry and hard. And after the worker touched money she didn't change her gloves before she touched the food. Overall it was a bad experience.
