2nd time. Definitely won’t go back again! Didn’t switch out gloves! She’s used dirty knives, we asked for a toasted sandwich she put it in the toaster for 5sec and took it out. She had tuna on her gloves from the previous sandwich and nope never again. Just horrible all around! Literally threw my sandwich & money away. Ordered 3 sandwiches online even tho all were different condiments only one had double meat. Did not get it! When I went back I was told because I did not apparently go back to my car and check my sandwiches they couldn't do nothing. I offered to show them my timeline from pickup of these but of course they declined. I brought the sandwiches so they could see that I in fact was missing the double meat. The employee supposedly called the "owner" and explained the situation and apprently the only answer given was why did I wait. So apparently if you order an sandwich you must consume immediately for idk about others but I personally find that a subway sandwich is twice as better when you allow it to sit and then consume. So I go into this location at 12:00 for 2 foot longs before I even open my mouth the lady puts a whole lot of mayo I didn't want on there I told oh no just mustard so she scraps whatever she can of the mayo off but it was still on there I understand mistakes do happen but I should have got a whole new sandwich made and too top it off the bread is stale and the cookies were hard as rock I'm sorry subway manger you need check up on your store and make sure everything is fresh not stale

I ordered through their app. I went to pick up and got home. They only put the meats and one tiny squirt of mayo and my bread was dry. They refused to put any more condiments on there or remake because everything was already on there which was false. Decided to just buy a new sandwich and will never be coming here again. If we put extra and it doesn't even cover the other half and i get a dry sandwich and they cant even afford to put more on there its just not worth it. The new workers are so lazy. Last time I went I also saw a worker cut herself and still give the sandwich to the customer instead of restarting it. It’s disgusting and i’d rather never come to this location again. I would give a 0 if I could there was a roach in my sandwich at subway I told them they didn’t have care this one is on Ashlan and west
