Might be good if they had staff. Closed on a Friday at 6pm?? Thu night they had a no-show too. And don't stay at this Holiday Inn until well after the downtown Rochester reconstruction is over. One elevator, which is sketchy, at best....the other has an "out of service sign". Doesn't always make it to the upper floors. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
