Amazing staff and great atmosphere. Great selection of food and drink. I was indecisive so I asked a staff member for a recommendation. The lady’s name was Alice. She was extremely helpful and told me to try to chestnut and praline Frappuccino. It was delicious! Definitely will be coming back. So this was my first Starbucks experience because I'm not a coffee drinker and did not care for the hype. If I'm in the Caribbean I'll enjoy a nice cup of Blue mountain peek coffee. In Bali, I enjoyed quality indonesian organic blend. Otherwise, I do not drink coffee routinely, and even though I'm aware that Starbucks sells other food items, I had no desire to visit, knowing that they are all overpriced and overrated. The coffee shop that I visited in Fort Worth was clean, they had nice music in the background and the young ladies behind the counter were really pleasant. This made for a good experience. My hot chocolate was not really good. My veggie sandwich and banana cake were okay.

The coffee tastes burnt. My wife had to go to the counter after she noticed that people after her were leaving. They forgot about hers... She didn't like her latte. I grabbed a bag of their espresso beans and they are not very good either. Not near as good as BRCC. I won't return.
