Sour attitude by young lady tending the drive thru window just now. 0 stars for expensive poor customer service. I would definitely find another place to get my morning breakfast Service Take out Price per person $10–20

I live within walking distance of this store and have breakfast here frequently. Some days I sit for hours working and watching other customers. The employees are friendly. For people who visit this store during the busiest times of the day, of course they are not going to be as fast, but it helps to mobile order. All the employees do their best and I appreciate that. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Hit or miss if you can actually order if you are on foot. I live nearby so frequently am. On more than one occasion, the order ahead on mobile option is not available (frequent), and the inside is also closed. Tonight they had this sign up (despite mobile order being down). I have also seen someone scolded for trying to walk through the drive through, but don't blame him for trying when other options are down. I've never had a problem with the drinks, though, and folks are usually friendly. Cannot say the same about the Starbucks in Harris Teeter across the parking lot.

I go here at least 3 days a week, every week. Never had any issues, normally greeted by an employee. This morning the lady was rude and treated me like I was incompetent. Customer service is lacking big time! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Located n Cloverdale Plaza above Cagney's. Always busy but whether u go inside to sit & use the free wifi, grab ur specialty coffee/tea to go or you use the drive thru they always provide quick service, it's always nice & clean inside, & prices might be a bit high (my 2 drink order=$13) but they've never gotten my order wrong. They do have a few options to choose from if u r hungry as well but I wasn't impressed with anything I've ever gotten so I wouldn't recommend u choose 2 eat here but the coffee is delicious! The worst Starbucks, Kacey and Frank made my experience here unwelcoming and made me feel so unworthy. I am a partner myself, do not go here unless you want to leave with a bad day. Extremely unprofessional

I love this Starbucks. There’s even this older gentleman named Frank whose got the accent. He’s so amazing, super friendly. I overheard him know the order of the gentleman 2 places in front of me by heart (obviously a frequent customer). Nobody delivers that kind of customer service anymore!!! Learn from Frank everyone, he should be promoted and show everyone how to treat customers.

I would have given 5 stars but the customer service I received earlier this morning changed my mind. I always go to this Starbucks almost every day but one of the drive thru workers was extremely rude. She must've been new because I had never seen her before. I wish I had gotten her name as well but I had a mobile order, 2 impossible sandwiches without eggs, a croissant and 3 drinks. Both sandwiches had eggs & when I told her she got upset and rolled her eyes & took the bags back. I asked her for some butter and she said, What! I asked why she was being so rude & she said, We're busy and stressed.That's no excuse to be rude when the order was incorrect. They are usually friendly but she frustrated me so much I had to leave a review.

I dont normally rate Starbucks...I've never really liked them...This one is close to the hospital and isnt all that swift....Too expensive...pure and simple.The drive thru is a tangled inefficient mess..
