I normally have a great experience with this location! I ordered through DoorDash a few weeks ago and one of the items I ordered was out of stock so they sent me two $4 gift cards in place of my item but when I went to use them at a later date only one of them was activated/had a dollar amount loaded 🙁 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best service here! the baristas are super friendly and try to get a smile from you daily. The drinks are hot, taste as advertised and nice area to sit and work or meet a friend for a short while. I highly recommend the flat white or seasonal lattes along with their blonde drip ☕ coffee. They also have ♿ handicap accessible 🚻 restrooms, 🅿️ parking and seating. I’ve been living on this side of town for about 2 years now, and being that I’m a daily coffee drinker I’ve probably only came here 4 times. When I arrive I am never greeted...by anyone. (I’m not going to be quick to throw assumptions of the reason why…). This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to where the atmosphere is not welcoming. The employees always seem like they would rather be doing anything else other than their job. I will continue to keep going to Dunken Donuts right up the street. Hospitality, coffee, and price is much better
