I stopped here for a few hours the other day to get some homework done before catching the bus home. I got a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. Didn't taste like salted caramel at all, but honestly still REALLY yummy! The baristas were all super nice! Place was clean. Atmosphere was very calm and quiet. they almost always get my order wrong. this is my nitro cold brew with foam on top??? also have given me multiple white mochas when i asked for regular mocha, whip when i asked for no whip, and a cup of oatmilk with a splash of coffee. i prefer the one on cougar blvd. Worst customer service! The manager on duty refused to give me his name when I called and hung up on me. My order was wrong and I was talked down to by the person who took my order. I will be writing corporate but highly advise not to visit this location! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A stuck up woman just told my husband very rudely that they didn’t have grounds for the garden and I quote “we don’t have grounds, now get out of here!” You need to fire her, she’s not good for your team or atmosphere. This was around 12:30 on Sunday the 3rd of September.
