Loose lid on order I was delivering, as you will see half a drink soaked through the bag onto my seat. I was very cordial requesting new drinks when I got back to Starbucks, nobody said sorry or showed any empathy whatsoever. The sides of the bags are completely dry and the bottom is soaked so as you can see it wasn’t like the drinks were on their sides or anything. Meal type Breakfast Service: 1

Not too happy with my experience this morning. I mobile ordered one grande iced chai and when I received it in the drive thru it was severely overfilled and made a mess in my car and on my clothes. Last time i checked the drink is supposed to go on the INSIDE of the cup :) The drink itself tasted good, but it’s hard to mess up an iced chai when the only two ingredients are chai and milk.
