They give off racist vibes literally every time I come in I’m never acknowledged. It took them literally 6 to 7 minutes for them to say anything to me today. They all kept looking no one spoke until I asked for my order. This happens every single time I go into this specific store. Won’t be going back ever again. So unprofessional if I could’ve given them 0 I would’ve. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive through. Asked before or ordering if they had Peppermint Mocha. He said yes. Drove off and there is no Peppermint in the coffee. 2 weeks ago another Starbucks said there was a Peppermint shortage. If they don’t have it they should take it off the menu. Expensive coffee and didn’t even get what I ordered. Price per person $1–10

First visit at this Lee's Summit Starbucks. Had Venti Cappacino and blueberry scone. Both were hot & tasty. Many workers and all very busy. Minus one star for lobby floor & bench not being cleaned to the usual Starbucks standard. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Changed their oat milk to a gross brand… it also makes it where they accidentally use almond milk because their cartons look so similar… Go to the one off 291 if you have milk allergies or prefer oat milk. We were visiting Kansas City for the Taylor Swift concert, and we were in desperate need of coffee. When we ordered the employee was very nice, and the second we got up to the window our drinks were done, and that was in the span of 2 minutes. The drinks tasted amazing, and we got out of there real quick. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Rude service. Came in the morning got 1 coffee and the woman at the window handed me my drink and slammed the window in my face before I could ask for a straw.
