My latte was messed up yesterday. There was no coffee in it just hot milk and by the time I realize the store was already closed. So I came by tonight on my way to work and let them know what happened and they remade my drink without issue. I appreciate that because I paid cash and didn't have a receipt but I did have a time stamped photo and they didn't even care to see and make sure. Friendly AF. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I know this won’t matter to many people. But if you want to sit in for a coffee don’t go here. It takes forever to get a simple coffee because they prioritise drive thru and to go drinks. So you end up waiting 10 or more minutes for a single caffe latte. Starbucks in general have lost the plot, but this one in particular should only be a drive thru. This Starbucks needs some serious re-training. I now refuse to go to this location. The staff is kind but it doesn’t make up for the poorly made drinks. One thing I can always count on at this location is a terrible, overpriced coffee/latte. Please do better or at least try. I have to give 5 stars to this location. Staff is always friendly and does things in a timely manner. I ordered the Java chip this morning but unfortunately this location was out of the Java chip ingredients, bummed at first but then the lady making my drink offered to use peppermint instead it tasted exactly like the Java chip! (I love peppermint too so it wasn’t a big deal) has to be the best idea she had and she did so well! Thank you Starbucks team for your kind service and hard work. I appreciate you. Every time I go to the Starbucks in the morning, there is a girl here named MK, she is so knowledge about taking orders and just doing her job. I love that every time I order she is here because I know there are no errors and she is able to make thing in and out through the drive through. Thanks for all your hard work MK!
