Expensive with poor service. I only order tea but you have to add milk and sugar yourself, whereas Timmies does it for you cheaper. I rarel go there

I just won’t give it a single star because there were definitely many days when I had my order done correctly.
Unfortunately there were many other times when my latte was made super hot, when my orders are always for warm instead…Disappointed but I can live with that.
Today I’ve placed an order for a latte and a brownie that took 22 minutes to be ready and that’s because I thought someone had taken my latte by mistake and asked a clerk if the latte was prepared to find out they had not prepared it. The sticker was printed out but not prepared and the order was not prepared in the order it was received - completely ignored.
Attention to detail would be really appreciated when you pay top dollar for a cup of coffee…
I always come here because it is on my way to work and normally it is great. As of recently the line has taken 30 + minutes in the drive thru and attitude of new staff is dismissive. They accidentally made my drink a grande today so I asked for it to be remade as Venti and I watched her pour my grande into a venti and fill the rest with ice. really crazy for a $7 coffee.

Needs to get better... very disappointing. It's getting more expensive. The sandwich looked old and cold. My Frappuccino is 70% whipped cream and 30% actual drink...
