Have patience. If you have issues there's PLENTY of other locations in town (literally one right across the street). If you've ever tried manage a brand new store while at the same time training people, you'll understand that it can be difficult. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Guy at the drive thru window was a jerk, I told him the drink he was trying to give me wasn’t mine, said “mmmm yeah it is” and slammed the drive thru window shut. Last time I’ll be going here unless he gets some customer service skills. Waited so long for my drink only for it to be the wrong thing. Ordered a caramel frap, got some mocha cookie crumble frap that I can’t have, the label on my drink what was I ordered. Seriously need new employees. Service: 1

The hot chocolate had almost no chocolate and tasted like I was drinking hot water with a splash of sweetness. Not impressed thus far. I was so excited to try going to the new location and was left very disappointed. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3

The chai tea was so watered down, there was absolutely no flavor. Also, higher priced than any other Starbucks in town. Staff was friendly though. Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3

Drinks are not being made right, no flavor. Great for cutting costs, bad for retaining customers. Stop being cheap or you won’t last long!

Closes way too early for all the other businesses to be open later, she said “ummm we closed at 5” maybe you should say “im sorry we closed at 5” I got there at 5:01 like hello. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
