Come to this Starbucks if you like to be ignored while you are the only one in line. And then without acknowledging your presence, one of the two employees behind the counter goes to the “back.” And then the other one went back to his side work. All while I was standing directly in front of them. Hint: Take care of the only customer in line before your side work. Don’t act like every other thing is more important. And most importantly - acknowledge your customer. I can wait. Just be polite and value that I am standing there wanting to give you money. That is why left. Lame. 10:13 am 11/4
Everytime I stop by the starbucks they are always out of something like lids or cold brew. Received attitude from one of the baristas named sophie when i asked what was in the cold foam. I could feel them purposely making my drink very slowly as a peaked into how dirty the bar was. Everytime i pick up my sister from work the locals always mention stopping by the other starbucks down the street. I really hope they figure it out soon so i don’t have to go further for my coffee :(

Horrible!! I came in at 7:25pm and a worker named Vanessa informed me that she wasn’t able to help me because she was leaving early. I asked pavilions manager if that was allowed and he proceeded to call her. She did not inform her management that she was closing early and turned off all the machines before 8pm. This experience was not only extremely unprofessional but a huge inconvenience. I love Starbucks but I do not recommend this location to anyone looking for late coffee.
Terrible service, I was waiting for more than five minutes, there was no other customer and the staff looked at me indifferently I imagine why I was Hispanic, since it is fashionable to be racist. At no time were they told me to wait a moment and they kept doing their things as if I were invisible, I would never return to this place, but it seems to me that Starbucks doesn't take the time to train his staff for better service. or it may also be that the staff does not mind taking care of the image of the place. What a terrible experience.
I have a bad habit to go TJ and Starbucks. Just indulging. Outside patio is always occupied by same people. Do they live here? So do not use this location for studying or meeting with friends because there are no open tables for you.
The worker camille helped me. She was a bit rude. Did not acknowledge customers waiting in line while she was at the bar making 1 drink. Probably the longest I've waited at a Starbucks that had only 1 customer in front of me. She took forever to make the drinks and take the orders. Was waiting there in line thinking that maybe they were closee because she never once acknowledged me to let me know she will be right with me.
