I was in a hurry to get to a meeting this morning so I ordered ahead on the app. When I got to the store my coffee was there and when I picked it up I noticed that it felt way too light. For context, I’ve been ordering at this Starbucks location for 2.5 weeks now while I’ve been here for work. I order the same drink, a grande flat white, every time. I’ve been drinking flat whites for years now, but when I got this one today it was ½ foam. The coffee literally filled the cup halfway and the rest was foam. For over 6$ this is ridiculous! A flat white should have foam but it shouldn’t be, and it has never been, half a cup full. I was extremely disappointed since it’s not cheap. I was in a rush though so I didn’t have time to talk to a barista about it. I’m going to be give my business to Peets from now on!
I used my mobile app and picked up in the drive up so I am only rating that service. Order was ready on time and it was correct. The line at the drive up went fast. Window server was very cheerful and kind.
