5 stars for the 2 ladies working in the Starbucks in the Hyvee. They couldn’t redeem my sister’s birthday drink points (her app froze and when she went back in she couldn’t get her free birthday drink), but they were kind and gave advice, so we ordered from them just because of their kindness.
There was also a funny incident where my sister thought my mocha was hers when they asked if we wanted whipped cream, and my sister got so excited about it that they asked her if she wanted it on her drink too lol then she realized but was still happy that they asked just because she was so excited.
Thank you ladies! I hope your kindness is rewarded back to you.
Baristas were so so nice and working quickly and accurately! I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and a pink drink - both were super tasty and just what we needed!

There's one Caucasion young lady who needs training on customer service. I walked up to counter and said, "Hello". She ignored me and said nothing. I said hello again, and once once more she was silent. I gave her my order and left her no tip. You get what you earn!
So I'm not trying to be mean but old people working at Starbucks either they don't care or they are not well trained this is my second time having a nasty drink with the same lady is so upsetting because sometimes you are in a rush or just having a bad day and u expect a nice cold drink but instead you get a nasty ... drink I even told them this is not the drink the other staff made me and they replying yes that's the drink I got upset I just got the drink and left but is so disappointed 😞 I hope they do something about it!
Among the coffee places in town, this is the one I'm around most due to working at a Target that has one. It's quite convenient and the food, drink, and people are wonderful!
