Johnnie at the Campus Target Starbucks is SUCH a joy. They were so personable and friendly even with the wild rush of the holiday season, and I am so bummed I can’t tip at Target. Thank you so much for making my rough day brighter, and to the barista (who’s name i missed!) for making me the tastiest Chestnut Praline I’ve had all season.
I came in today while shopping at target, with the masks it’s pretty hard to hear but the person taking my order said they were out of the strawberry stuff for my pink drink and refresher. It was no problem, I just asked him to sub whatever he thought would be good. Drinks came out amazing and service was impeccable. The woman in front of me was giving them a particularly hard time. She said she ordered a peach tea when staff (and i) heard green tea, then she said she could have NO COFFEE in her mocha cookie crumble because her 13yr old niece was far to young to have coffee and they should have known that.... staff remade all of her drinks with a smile on their faces. Extremely professional when faced with the mother of all Karen’s. Staff is killing it and my family will deff be back.
Sad Target Starbucks in this block of the huge Colonies shopping center. Normally a Target Starbucks is an automatic one star but they actually closed the stand alone location down the way and there simply not many places to grab a good cup coffee out here on the 210.

The short girl with a bunch of tattoos is rude. Went in 8/31 around 11 am and she practically screamed at me what size. I have hearing problems is that how she is with all ADA? I feel bad for people she mistreats. I’m a lip reader so it’s hard for me to hear sometimes I have to hear and read lips. I don’t appreciate her screaming at me
I asked for an empty cup to fill with water and the snotty girl at the counter told me to get in line... I don't think so! It used to be service with a smile, now just make a buck at Starbucks. What have we become?
I was there today. They didn't have the products they advertise. I asked for light ice, they do whatever they want. "Marissa" had an attitude, rude. Plus they should at least comb their hair. Bad appearance. Bad service. Not happy.
Came to this location 10mins till 10pm and they told me she was closed I ask your closing time says 10pm. She rudely states I am by myself so I can close 30 mins early to close properly. OMG what kind of service u guys runing.
