The person who took our order was very rude and had an attitude taking our order. When we got our drinks 10 minutes later another worker got mad at my girl for asking for a different lid. I get if you hate your job but they were very unpleasant and unprofessional. I would be disgusted if theses people thought they deserved a union. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I know it’s called a shaken espresso but mine was a frothy mess and nothing but bubbles. Maybe like 1/4 of it was actual liquid. I got like three sips out of it. This has happened twice at this location now. Definitely disappointed for the price I paid for those drinks. Don’t go here, you’d be better off at the Starbucks down the street near subway. Never had an issue there. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service was absolutely terrible! The lady who took our order was VERY rude, and the drinks had no flavor. My little sister asked for a frappe with NO espresso and they put espresso in it. Will not return! Very disappointed!!! ☹️ Definitely super overpriced for the quality!! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

These folks might hate their job and serving other people more than they do at Natural Grocers. And no water, here. Won't give it away, nor sell it. Not a tall for 25 cents of a venti for $4. Nope. And if you tell them you are thirsty, they will just tell you to leave, in full throttle threat to call the cops. Starbucks Karens.. This is why Durango is broken. Durango does not have colorblind water. This is the only Starbucks in the country without water for their customers... (Yeah Kroeger 😒)

This is a Starbucks. I won't go into comparisons with their coffee and others, if you like it then this is a Starbucks location in a fairly convenient place. It's located immediately upon entering City market, although there isn't a very good place to stand in line, especially with social distancing. The drinks are fine, the service is pretty fast. No complaints except for the limited locations to stand in line, or when waiting for your drink.

Over priced coffee and I had them add some extra shots of espresso but it wasn't strong enough. Gas station coffee is alot cheaper and stronger than Starbucks espresso. That's my opinion

Their coffee is too much like Joe's Coffee and Durango it was very strong nasty coffee we didn't even drink it we will go to Farmington for our drinks Farmington is a * 5 and that is Starbucks
