The staff were friendly and pleasant but something seems to be wrong with the ordering system. I ordered in the mobile app then did some shopping in Fred Meyer. At least ten minutes had passed when I went to go get my order. The staff apologized that it wasn't ready (no other customers present) but that the stickers had just printed. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Spinach Feta & Cage-Free Egg White Breakfast Wrap
Starbucks at Fred Meyer's on Kathleen Street in Coeur d'Alene was our first visit to get hot chocolate there. Worst hot chocolate we have ever had! We've had hot chocolate around town at other Starbucks and it was very chocolatey and really good but at the Fred Meyer's Starbucks you couldn't even taste the chocolate as if they forgot it… It was barely noticeable, just awful! We went on Saturday Oct 22nd 2022 about 2pm. The young man that waited on us needs to be retrained… Worst hot chocolate ever. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
Ordered a drip coffee and a Danish. Was hoping to eat before work. I was told I could not add my own cream to my coffee and they would add the amount into my coffee. Ummm . . . No. And they they put my Danish in a bag and handed it to me. First time I've ever been served a Danish from a Starbucks not toasted. Will not be back. I can get coffee and food at work.

Barista Forrest was super unprofessional and aggressive. Ordered a cafe vanilla frap and specified not the vanilla bean. Ended up making a vanilla bean which wasn’t a big deal and told him it was suppose to be a cafe vanilla. He got very frustrated and asked me how to make the cafe vanilla. Then literally threw the drink in the sink and started slamming things around afterwards.

This Starbucks is okay. Only a couple of the baristas that work here are actually friendly and make the coffee good. Like today(07/07/2020) the lady didn't make my coffee(double shot over ice w/ caramel added) good(or right) and was passive aggressive when she took my order. She tried to hurry me and didn't ask if I wanted anything else. I had to tell her what else I wanted. Would honestly recommend any other starbucks than the one in Fred Meyer(CDA).
This location is in the front of Fred Meyer, and I visited just before closing. The waitress was friendly, but working alone. She recommended a new drink, which I tried and liked. The seating area is small and lacks the typical Starbucks charm, but that can be attributed to it's location. If you're already at Fred Meyer, there's no reason not to visit this Starbucks. But besides that, I'd only recommend this location if all the others are already closed.
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. We walked over her while getting an oil change at Parker Toyota and I completely regret it. I placed my order and everything was fine other than the girl taking orders was less than pleasant. My teenage daughter placed her order of a white chocolate iced mocha. The cashier asked if she wanted white chocolate and my daughter said yes, then she asked if she wanted whipped cream and my daughter said no thank you. When it came out, it was not white chocolate and had whipped cream. Why ask the questions if you are going to do whatever you want? I took it up there and told her it was wrong. She goes- it's an iced mocha with whipped. I told her that she ordered a white chocolate iced mocha without whipped. She went to remake it and I went to sit down while I waited. After I sat down (and no one else was up there) the lady goes- "I apologize. I just want to make that clear." She should have kept her rude mouth shut!! I was going to let it go. Not now. On top of this woman having zero customer service skills, the place was grossly dirty and the place to get napkins, straws, etc, desperately needed restocked. Also, the cinnamon dolce latte I ordered was made completely wrong, but after the fit that the cashier threw- I just tossed it. That visit was a complete waste of $20. They actually deserve zero stars but unfortunately, you have to give them something.
Very slow staff! I put up with this patiently 3 or 4 visits, but the last visit was the final straw. I stood in line for over 5 minutes chatting with my friend waiting for 2 people in front of us, not really paying attention to them. Finally my friend made a comment about how the woman in front of us was still waiting to be helped. I looked over and there were 3 employees standing directly in front of the counter chatting with each other, NONE of them acknowledging the customer at the counter. We watched this for another minute then decided to just leave and get coffee somewhere else. I won't be returning to this Starbucks location.
I bring my son, who is Autistic, here all the time, they are patient, kind, and understanding, they always treat him with respect and give him lot's of smiles. It makes his day. Many many thanks to the Starbucks team.

I just had an amazing experience at this location! I did not catch her name but it was around 7pm September 14. She went the extra mile for everything and it was so nice talking with her!!
