The young ladies on duty were absolutely wonderful!
I don't get the chance to stop by this popular local Starbucks very often, but during my quick indoor visit to grab my favorite Chai Tea, I was reminded that the super sweet, professional, helpful & just plain nice team working here makes my delicious hot Venti Chai even more enjoyable!
Totally recommend stopping inside on your next visit-lots of Free easy accessible parking and super quick and efficient service, clean good smelling restrooms too!

Starbucks Blonde Espresso Roast
The barista was very nice and the drink was delicious. My only complaint is the restrooms were like something out of a horror film.... There was urine all over the toilet seat and floor in both of the restrooms. Obviously, not Starbucks fault people are so disrespectful, but perhaps they need to check the restrooms more often to ensure they are clean.

I do a lot of Starbucks… This is a good one. Staff are exceptional. Products were perfect three days in a row. Only criticism: it’s a little frosty in there they could turn the heat up a little bit.

Any time I’m in the area, I’m coming here and nowhere else for my coffee. BEST coffee shop & Starbucks location I’ve been to in CDA or Post Falls! So happy I found my new favorite coffee shop to go to in CDA! The guy who took my order Sunday September 1st around 9:50-9:55AM was just incredible, this guy right here deserves a raise, I really wish I got his name. He was soooooo nice, patient, helpful, and made my coffee INCREDIBLY PERFECT! Seriously, I cannot express my gratitude enough over how much of an incredible employee this guy is, just for his help alone I would give 10 stars.
Then the girl who took my payment was so sweet, she gave me a little mini cup of “pup-acino” which I didn’t even know existed and my dog LOVES it! (See pictures 😂) Thank you so much you guys for all your help and your kindness! I’m looking forward to coming back again 😊
The baristas are normally super nice and are generally quite welcoming. And they have yet to mess up my order up. The only real complaint I have is that they really would rather prioritize drive thru over those who actually got out of the car and walked in. I know that they have to reach a certain time. But I shouldnt have to oder for online pick up while I am standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order it is a little bit sad. And I should have just done drive thru. But other than that they are always nice and friendly.

Employees were very nice! We ordered 4 drinks and they were done extremely quick. As a former barista I know the standards and these employees met them. Every single drink was made to perfection and I have absolutely no complaints!!! Definitely go to this store!
The place was very busy and all the staff was friendly and efficient. However, one barista sneezed into her forearm, then again Into her other arm but wiped her arms with her hand and kept right on working. The manager said “Bless you” so she was aware of it. The 15 minutes I was there waiting, she never washed her hands and touched sandwiches, beverages and equipment.
Overall, the place was not super clean, including the bathroom. Flies were on the menu boards and litter on the floor.

Not the best but not the worst Starbucks. One improvement that I can suggest would be to have a more engaging shift leader or supervisor. I love the team of baristas here but I also would like to know that they are being helped my their shift lead when they need it. sometimes this place gets incredibly busy and I can only imagine that the baristas here aren't being treated kindly and I know how important support is in times like those. With that being said I have not been here during a rush more than once. When I was here during a rush they still served me in what I consider a timely manner. The drinks have always been made perfectly and I love the fact that the baristas here will give me suggestions if I really do not know what I want to order. I'm glad I live nearby this one as opposed to other Starbucks in the area because compared to them I think this one is the best.
