Literally worst Starbucks ever. It’s finals week and I understand it’s busy but the line waited 1 hour I was in line for a full hour and left without a drink. The workers totally neglected the waiting customers and no would would ring anyone up while they all stood there very upset and disappointed. I have a headache and feel sick from standing that long

I tell everyone I know this is "the most dysfunctional Starbucks". Only one cashier at all times, lines sometimes go far out the door, and having your order messed up is a common occurrence. Definitely use the university's mobile order app if you wanna get an order in a timely manner... or don't- sometimes they mark your order as done and then you have to sit there for 10 minutes after complaining your order isn't there. I swear they can throw 100 workers at this Starbucks and still manage to make people wait 30 minutes to get an order.

Black woman with blue/green dreads being rude to customers and making snotty comments when she had to remake my drink after not blending it properly. Very unsatisfied to say the least.

Embarrassing. Trying to get coffee at this establishment is a mission. Fully stuff yet you can’t get a hold of coffee for like an hour. Don’t waste your time!!
This Starbucks is not for the public, it is for college campus only. The guard let us by but when I got there the line was out the door, maybe 30 people waiting for a coffee

the line frequently extends out the door and past the hallway, they spend no effort... This becomes painfully clear when you watch them work, they spend no effort: as if the weight of a cup is unbearable, that their shoes are so heavy they are unable to take a step without stopping for a break, that the act of pouring liquid takes an immense toll on their psyche.... They have a captive customer base, with money and without other options.... I dare you to just watch.... and not bang your head against the wall, to not throw something at them....
Wait time is always — at least — a half-hour. What do you expect for a University Starbucks, though? Otherwise, the service is average, and the drinks are good.
