Why does the menu say pistachio frappe if it's a pistachio caramel (like you can be sued if someone is allergic for not disclosing) I don't like caramel but I like pistachio never saw it before and went pistachio oh ill try that too see I was given one with caramel and charged for an espresso shot that's not even in my drink. They took forever to make it and we almost didn't know our order was ready because they got our name completely wrong. Never coming to this location again.

One of the nastiest baristas i've met. I believe her name starts with a K and she is blonde. She had me wait 15 minutes without saying anything and made drinks. Asked to purchase a cup and got major attitude. If you don't want to work in customer service, get a different job.

One of the employees, Kristen, got super defensive when I caught her charging us for extra syrup past what we had ordered. I was even nice about it but she literally through up her hands an said whoe to me. You should not treat a customer like that when you make a mistake. Horrible service that made a holiday worse for a customer.

I really appreciate this Starbucks' customer service- My favorite worker there is a young lady named Doga, she treated me with such respect and she was beyond kind to me! I ordered a matcha frappichino with coconut milk and she made it flawlessly in a timely manner. I will definitely come here again and have her make it :)!!!
Dawn is beyond rude! Called to ask a question as this store consistently doesn’t follow policy when it comes to release dates snd with inventory taking longer to get places I called to verify and was told she’s not allowed to release that information and hangs up on me. Why she was so angry or why she felt the need to lie is beyond me but employees like this shouldn’t be interacting with customers.
I have been here before the manager once was very rude..... Now i ordered at a different store by accident and another manager said I could go into another Starbucks to get my drink. So I came in here hoping they would at least be nice this time and maybe help. But once again the MANAGER again is just very RUDE and would not even let me explain, she just refused to help and not even help another girl who works there with my order!
Every time I have been in to order a drink the past few weeks, the barista that is working is extremely unfriendly. She doesn't say hello. She simply asks in a monotone voice what she can make for me. She rings me up, asks if I want my receipt, and then makes my drink. She sets it down on the counter and doesn't say a word, as if I'm supposed to know out of the other people standing there, that is my drink. She says a quick have a nice day, that is very disingenuous, and gets on with her work. This morning, a woman accidentally dumped her coffee over. Instead of offering to remake the drink fully, which would have been good customer service, she simply just put more milk in the drink. This employee is really just doing the least that she can, and I don't know if I'll be returning until she has moved on.
I go here all the time and some of the baristas know me like Doga. as much as I love it there manager seems to be a rude person to her baristas and to customers other that there manager I would have given 5 stars she just doesn’t have a nice enough mentality to make it 5 stars. Recommendation is to get a pumpkin spice frappuccino double blended.
