This is the best Starbucks in the Englewood area. I stopped going to the drive-thru locations on Broadway because they're irritated to fix a drink or make it right. Here they make it perfect and it tastes great! The only complaint is that the customer service could be better. They aren't able to redeem star rewards you've earned on the Starbucks app. It might be because they're not a stand alone store.

Worst cappuccino I've had at Starbucks in a while. Not overly picky, but that was not great. Not to mention the ladies working there were not very welcoming, downright grumpy. I left without my coffee 😕
