I love coming to this Starbucks, I'm a regular Target customer. The line is always long but they get through it so fast. The usual wait time is no longer than 3 minutes only when there is a line other than that, as soon as I walk in they take my order right away.

I love coming to this Starbucks. They are very fast paced and will make the drinks exactly like you ask them. They have good patience; mind you my drink order is quite long and I ask for it a certain way with zero complaints.

Worst Starbucks ever. So slow and the line takes forever to get to you. Only 1-2 workers at a time.
Didn't get cold foam on my drink but at that point it didn't matter. Black guy cut in front of me and the barista took his order instead of mine. Must be a social experiment for black history month
I have been going for months trying to give the benefit of the doubt but my coffee is never mixed enough or even good tasting. I will be going to a different they just never get it right. A mocha Frappuccino is what I always order. I tried different things but even then it’s the same thing.

It’s Starbucks, and it has the fru-fru drinks you are looking for. This specific location is 50/50 for getting the drink back to me the way I ordered, however, I have just come to terms that this is more of a specialty drink place and not so much a coffee experience place. They are very hard working here, and are very willing to fix any possible mistakes but I will often not have time to address the mishap and will just roll with it. Four out of five stars only because this location gets the order mixed up at times but overall very good place.

The cashier was sweet and helpful and the drinks were fine, but when I politely asked the barista for straws (they didn’t have them out) she threw them at me. I was patient and didn’t say anything but she needs an attitude check.

I appreciate the chain is wide spread and allows me to avoid fried foods. I visit the Alvin location every few weeks. My standard order is a medium chai latte skinny. On my last visit, it was busy because of a one day cup give away. The team remained friendly. They cranked out drinks quickly. I grab a snack every few visits. I like the biscuit with bacon, cranberry bliss bars, chocolate brownie, and protein boxes. I deducted a point for sandwiches that can not be altered. Some folks just hate mayonnaise or mustard. (I fall into the mustard hater category). It gets a little congested near the space you pick up your order. There are tables and chairs for seating. It is a smaller location, no groupings of comfy chairs.
By far the worst location I've ever done business at. Only one person there knows how to make drinks, the breakfast food comes out cold or still frozen in the center sometimes, and even ordering through the mobile app has a long wait time.
Looking at what's going on behind the counter, it appears to be a huge clusterf*ck and becomes apparent that only maybe two people truly know what they're supposed to be doing, other than walking in circles.
Best part about this location? There's no phone number! So, if you do a mobile app order and pick it up on your way to work, but realize once you get in your vehicle that there's a ton of caramel syrup in a drink that calls for none, you cannot even get a refund unless you turn around and become late for work.
Hopefully corporate is paying attention and makes changes.
Usually good. They close whenever they want. Google says 9. It’s 8:00 and they said they’re closed and the register does not say closed. I don’t think their boss knows they close whenever they feel like it lol
